The inaugural Automechanika Jakarta will be held in September 2026
The inaugural Automechanika Jakarta will be held in September 2026, targeting the burgeoning Southeast Asian auto parts market.
Recently, Messe Frankfurt and the Indonesian Automotive Parts and Accessories Industry Association (GIAMM) announced a strategic partnership, officially declaring that the first Automechanika Jakarta will be held from September 24th to 27th, 2026, at the NICE Convention Centre in Nusantara, Jakarta.
The exhibition will cover 15,000 square meters and is expected to bring together over 350 domestic and international exhibitors, comprehensively covering the entire automotive parts industry chain, including auto parts, diesel fuel injection systems, repair and testing equipment, automotive electronics, new energy vehicle parts, tires and wheels, and after-sales maintenance services.
As Southeast Asia's largest consumer market for automobiles and motorcycles, Indonesia's automotive aftermarket maintains steady growth, with strong demand for imported parts. Simultaneously, the implementation of Euro V emission standards and localization policies for new energy vehicles are driving upgrades in fuel systems, exhaust treatment, and electric drive systems. Leveraging the global brand influence of Automechanika, this year's Jakarta Auto Parts Exhibition will build an integrated platform for trade matchmaking, technology exchange, and channel expansion, becoming an important window for Chinese auto parts companies to expand into the Indonesian and ASEAN markets and explore cross-border export opportunities.
