Hartridge AVM2-PC receives a major upgrade, with a pressure level of up to 3000 bar!
As diesel engine technology moves towards Euro VI and higher standards, the working pressure of the high-pressure common rail system continues to increase, which places unprecedented stringent requirements on the testing equipment of the aftermarket.
In order to meet the latest needs of the industry, Hartridge officially launched the AVM2-PC 3000bar high-pressure upgrade solution, which defines a new generation of common rail pump testing benchmarks with original factory authorization level reliability, repeatability and accuracy.
Currently, leading Euro VI high-pressure common rail pumps such as the Delphi MDEG/F2 series and Denso HP5/6/7 require testing up to 3000 bar. Traditional equipment can no longer meet the ultimate requirements for accurate testing and functional verification.
Hartridge's new AVM2-PC comprehensive upgrade kit is designed specifically for original equipment manufacturer (OE) authorized testing of these cutting-edge components. It not only raises the pressure limit to 3000 bar but also integrates advanced temperature management and pressure stabilization control technologies, ensuring that every test meets the accuracy and reliability standards of automotive manufacturers (OE).
